1. Before Dispatch

2. After Dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may check eligibility under the Return Policy instead.

3. Seller Cancellation

We may cancel orders due to: • Payment issues • Stock unavailability • Incomplete/incorrect address • Technical errors Full refund will be issued if cancelled by us.
