Refund & Return Policy – Eclatique
At Eclatique, we want you to love what you order. If you face any issues, read our refund/ return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We accept returns/exchanges only if: • The product is unused and unworn • Original tags and packaging are intact • A return request is raised within 3 days of delivery • The item received is damaged, wrong, or defective We do not accept returns for: • Size issues (unless major discrepancy from our size chart) • Custom-made or limited edition pieces • Items purchased during sale/ offer periods • Accessories (if any in future)
2. Refunds
If approved, you may receive: • Replacement of the product • Store credit/voucher • Refund to the original payment method (only in special cases) Refunds take 4–7 business days to reflect.
3. How to Request a Return
Email us at eclatiqueclothing@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Please attach: • Order ID • Photos/videos showing the issue • Reason for return Our team will review and arrange pickup (if eligible).
4. Damaged/Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product: • Inform us within 48 hours • Share unboxing video + photos (required for courier claim) We will replace it free of cost.
5. Non-Returnable Conditions
A return will be rejected if: • The product was worn, washed, or altered • Tags are removed • The item is returned in poor condition • There is perfume stain/sweat marks • Product shows deliberate damage
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund: • Check your bank/UPI • Contact your bank • Then contact us
